Our company was formed by one agent helping one business owner who needed to invest the proceeds from the sale of his business. Together they took his nest egg and invested it into 2 rental houses so his proceeds could grow and mature into income for his retirement.


Our next client was an out-of-state owner who needed someone he could trust to take care of his beloved family home. Our company was able to relieve his anxiety of trying to maintain a property from hundreds of miles away by having it support itself and possibly making a bit of profit.


As you can see, the backbone of our business is personal relationships. We are regular people helping other regular people invest in their future by giving them back their most valuable assets…

Heather McLendon, Broker

Heather started with McLeRoy Realty in 2017 and quickly became a Top Producer and power agent in the surrounding communities.     She has been Multi-Million Dollar Seller multiple times.  After earning her Broker license, she became the current and successful QUalifying Broker of McLeRoy Realty, Pike County's Top Producing Real Estate Firm.

Renee Callaway, Realtor/Property Manager

Renee started her career as the Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Property Manager for McLeRoy Realty in 2001. After earning her Real Estate license and achieving Million Dollar Seller status, she found a greater need for her people skills and her property management talents in the "private owner" sector of the rental market. By applying her A.O.I. motto (Adapt, Overcome and Improvise), she will go above and beyond to maintain a positive and profitable relationship between her owners and tenants.
